These Terms of Service govern your access to PixPark AI, including free tools available today and any paid plans, credits, or subscriptions we may introduce later.

2. Service Availability
PixPark AI provides AI-assisted generation and editing tools for images, video, and related creative media. Features may change, improve, pause, or be removed over time.

6. Intellectual Property and Generated Content
PixPark AI and its service design, branding, software, and site materials remain the property of PixPark AI or its licensors.
Subject to these terms and any model or partner restrictions, you retain rights you may have in prompts and generated outputs you create using the service.
7. Future Paid Products
If PixPark AI introduces paid plans, subscriptions, credits, or one-time purchases, additional commercial terms, billing terms, and usage limits may apply at checkout or inside the product.
Refund eligibility for future paid products will be governed by the applicable purchase terms and our Refund Policy.
8. Termination and Changes
We may investigate violations, remove content, or suspend or terminate access at our discretion when necessary to protect the service, users, or third parties.
