PixPark AI subscriptions can be canceled for future renewal, while completed subscription charges and delivered one-time credit packs are generally non-refundable.

Subscription credits follow the paid billing period. One-time credits are added immediately after payment and do not expire.

Completed subscription periods and one-time credit packs are generally non-refundable after the digital credits are delivered.
