Refund terms for future PixPark AI purchases

This Refund Policy applies only to future paid offerings sold directly by PixPark AI, such as credits, subscriptions, or one-time purchase packs. It does not create refund rights for free features.

Unless a stricter local law applies or a separate checkout term says otherwise, refund requests may be submitted within 3 days of payment only when fewer than 10 credits or equivalent paid usage units have been consumed.

Requests made after 3 days, or after 10 or more credits or equivalent paid usage units have been consumed, are generally not eligible for reimbursement.

Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method used for the purchase whenever possible.

Except where required by law, fees for heavily consumed credits, expired refund windows, promotional purchases marked final, taxes, and third-party processing costs are non-refundable.
